Seeking Therapy.... A pursuit of emotional, relational, and/or spiritual healing is often at the center of people's decision to seek therapy. For many, lives have been steered too long by fear, negative coping styles, hurt, and unhealthy patterns of behavior, keeping foundational needs of self acceptance, intimacy, and spiritual fullness out of reach. Sometimes our fast pace lifestyles leave little space for resolution and repair. It can be invaluable to your quality of life to have someone with genuine care, empathy, expertise, and spiritual guidance come along side you to help you though struggle and disappointment. As you intentionally take time out of your week and busy schedule to focus on change, you will invite and experience healing and transformation into your life and relationships. I count it a deep blessing to be able to offer the sort of relationship where this type of healing and transformation may be experienced.
My Purpose...I am dedicated to providing professional counseling to adults and adolescents within a nurturing, accepting environment. I am committed to offer sound emotional care, psychological services, and an opportunity for your spiritual beliefs to be integrated into the healing process.
