Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length the standard fee is $100 per session. 

There are a limited number of scholarship slots available per season based on needs and availability.  Please call to inquire further about fee arrangement. 

Insurance may be billed through out of network benefits according to your specific insurance plan.

My office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9AM until 5 PM

If a longer appointment is scheduled, or if a standard session runs past 50 minutes, the fee will be at the rate of ¼ hour for each additional fifteen minutes

Cancellation of appointments must be done 24 hours in advance or the fee will be charged for the session.  The reason this policy is in place is to give me an opportunity to fill the slot you have reserved with a client who is available and in need of an appointment.  

Emails are usually answered within 48 hours, Monday- Thursday.  Dialog within emails is limited to brief questions and answers, with significant content reserved for sessions. 

Phone calls are usually returned within 24 hours, Monday- Thursday.  Local emergency numbers should be accessed for emergencies. 

Payment is expected at the end of each session.  Other arrangements are made on a case by case basis and under special circumstances.  Checks are made payable to Mandi Peek

Cancellations must be  made via voice mail, not through email correspondence.
